Sales Leader

There are 4 levels of achievement within the Sales Leadership programme. You will achieve the first level, namely Sales Leader status, when you have a team of 5 representatives placing qualifying orders with a total team award sales of £888 or more. There is also a requirememnt for your own personal Representative sales. You will then start earning commission on your team's sales in addition to your earnings as a Representative. Sales Leader commission payments are made seperate into your own bank account.
